Fucking Bank!

This will be the third day that i have to stay late in the work and when i say late i mean from 8:30am to 03:00am of the next day... so, doing the math: 18 hours in a row!

The reason: the fucking windows machines that the bank use for all the branches in all the country (Mexico), apparently there was a problem with the primary domain controller of these machines causing a disruption in the service, so for reducing costs the managers thought using all the support staff (or at least many of the areas, including mine) to solve all the problems at the night because during the morning all the branches must operate without disruptions of any kind, so the only way to do it was, you guess!: working at night...

Anyway...

The good news is that at last my house is clean!!!... and the other good news is that my girl will come to visit me this very friday... :), bad news: just the damn weather that is so fucking freezing!

Queretaro Sucks...

Acabo de llegar del antro, para ser exactos del cuarto antro de la noche, la razon: estan de hueva los antros en queretaro: 11:00 pm Primero: Fuimos al "Tantra", pues supuestamente iba a estar un DJ reconocido y que a chuchita la bolsearon y a la hora de la hora... de hueva. 12:00 pm Segundo: Seguimos en la misma calle (Constituyentes), y fuimos a donde dizque tocaba un grupo de rock: Oh Desilucion!, entramos al "Purgatorio" y para variar estaban tocando a moderatto y a belinda.. so.. lets get the fuck out of here... 1:00 am Tercer: Nos lanzamos al centro historico esperando enconcontrar un antro con dignidad, llegamos a uno donde supuestamente si tocan rock.. y .. 2-2, por que ni a 2-3 llegaron, cuando despues de 1 hora toco el grupo, empezo con timbiriche y para variar la siguiente rola fue de... adivinaron: moderatto y la perra de belinda again!... bueno al menos ahi si pusieron algo de caifanes, the doors y uno que otro alucine por el estilo. 3:00 am Cuarto: Sal...

Receta para preparar Cabeza de Res

Ingredientes 1 cabeza Costilla cargada de res unos pedazos para el sabor. Naranja agria o limón ( para lavar la Cabeza) 1/4 de chile guagillo 2 cabezas de ajo 1 cebolla 1/2 manojo de hoja de aguacate 2 hojas de momo o hier a santa (opcional) 3 cdas de mostaza 4 cdas de mayonesa Salsa inglesa al gusto 1 pedazito Achiote anita 1/2 taza de vinagre Comino al gusto Oregano al gusto Mejorana al gusto Tomillo al gusto Sal al gusto. Procedimiento -Se pone a cocer la carne ( previamente lavada con naranja agria o limon) con sal en la olla express o en olla normal con suficiente agua para que quede consome.  Que se cubra toda la cabeza con agua. - Se licua el Chile guagillo, ajo, cebolla, mayonesa , mostaza, inglesa , achiote y vinagre una vez licuado vaciar la mezcla colada a la cabeza. -Le agregas  el tomillo, mejorana, aguacate, momo y laurel a la olla.
